Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: All parcels are shipped out within 2 business days of purchase via Auspost.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Please allow up to 3 weeks for these pieces to be made. I will be in touch throughout the whole making process. Once completed, they will be shipped out within 2 business days, via Auspost.

  • Within Australia: All shipping is automatically upgraded to Express and is $11.50. This is a happy medium - it actually costs more than this each parcel - please know I do not set these prices. Please note I do not offer free shipping often - my profit margins are not high enough to be able to offer this without great cost to me.

  • International: Standard shipping is $20. If you would like express, please contact me and I will give you a quote. I understand international shipping is expensive - but I actually pay at least $25 per international parcel. Also shipped via Auspost.

  • I send all parcels with tracking. Please let me know if you didn't receive a tracking number.

  • Unfortunately due to COVID, Auspost has been very slow as of late. I cannot offer a refund or discount if the parcel takes longer than expected, this is out of my hands - Sorry!​

Returns

  • I offer returns up to one month after receiving the goods, but only if the good are damaged in transit or are fundamentally faulty when received. Natural wear and tear cannot be returned.

  • Return postage is at your own expense.

  • If there is anything wrong with your piece - please get in touch, I would love to rectify any issues with it prior to offering a refund.

  • Have you damaged your jewellery? Get in touch, send me some photos! I may be able to fix it free of charge - but again, postage to and from me will be at your own expense.

  • Unfortunately, if you get your ring sizing wrong, I cannot offer a refund or a return. Most of the time I am unable to measure your finger for you, so this is your responsibility. Particularly when making customs, I always double/triple check your ring size prior to finishing the piece, to avoid disappointment!

  • Sorry, I don't offer returns on customs, unless it is received damaged. This is due to the amount of time I spend with you discussing design. I also send multiple photos throughout the creation process, to allow for any changes to be made if necessary. If you say something along the lines of 'if you're happy, I'm happy', I will take creative freedom with the piece. If you have a very specific design you desire - please tell me. I don't want my clients to be disappointed! I do always ask a million questions when in the designing phase, please answer all of them! 

  • I do not offer store credit, only full refunds.
